WHAT SHOULD I BUY?

The more you drink coffee, the more you’ll notice the subtle ‘notes’ that come out of a freshly roasted bean. Some notes are more apparent than others, but you’ll typically see coffee on a scale from malty/smooth at one end, up to bright/acidic on the other. It all comes to preference, but most new specialty coffee drinkers start with more balanced, malty coffees. After trying one of those, branch out to the more floral and aromatic coffees. Use the tasting notes on the site to help!

RETURN POLICY – COFFEE

Since coffee is a perishable item, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if you have any issues with your coffee or your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The best way to reach us is through email at contact@firelightcoffee.com. You can also leave us a message at (404) 590-5127. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order. We will do everything we can to make things right!

RETURN POLICY – MERCHANDISE

If you receive a defective item, we’ll be happy to exchange it. We can’t accept returns of used items (who wants a used mug?). If you would like to start the return process, please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange, and as much detail as you can to contact@firelightcoffee.com. We will then contact you with information on how your return will be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method, excluding applicable sales tax.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States. Most orders will ship via USPS, while larger orders may ship via UPS. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days, while any order including coffee will ship out the Tuesday following your order.

We roast coffee every Monday and ship the next day. We decided early on that freshness is something we can’t compromise on, so we only ship coffee when it is fresh. Luckily, most coffee needs a ‘resting period’ of about 2-3 days, so your coffee will typically be at its prime when it hits your doorstep.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription shipment frequency will be determined at the time of checkout. If you have selected a monthly frequency, your order will be shipped every month starting the Tuesday after you order, unless otherwise noted. If you have selected a bi-monthly frequency, your order will be shipped every two weeks starting the Tuesday after you order. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The same shipping methods noted above apply to subscriptions as well.
